I made tapioca pudding the other day, following this wonderful recipe from thekitchn.com. I made a few slipups, but it still turned out great. It wasn't until after I was boiling the pearls that I only had roughly 1/8 cup of agave syrup, so it turned out less sweet.
I definitely recommend sprinkling the black sesame seeds on top! They were delicious.
Next time I might try substituting rice milk for almond milk and try honey instead of agave syrup. I'll let you know how it goes!
This is also a foray into posting results from recipes I find on pinterest. I've made quite a few, but I'm hoping to share them and some photographs of the results here in the future.
